One membership, one owner
A membership NFT is indivisible. It has exactly one owner who holds 100% of it — there are no ownership percentages, no co-ownership and no splitting a membership between people.
- 02
Guest access
An owner may grant up to two guest wallets access through their membership. A guest owns no part of the membership, holds no vote, and can be removed by the owner at any time. Guests are cleared automatically when the membership changes hands.
- 03
Ten percent royalty on every resale
A 10% royalty applies to every secondary sale of a membership NFT — when a member resells their membership on an open marketplace, 10% of the sale price goes to SocialEdger, which created the collection's artwork. The rate and receiver are encoded in the NFT contract (ERC-2981), which marketplaces can read, though not every marketplace honours it; the initial 1.3 ETH mint carries no royalty.

Governance is owner-only
Voting and proposal creation require owning a membership. A membership that is locked or suspended cannot vote. Votes are recorded off-chain by the platform.
- 05
Platform access
Membership gives access to the platform's contributor tools, the reputation system and advisory voting. Access follows the membership, not the wallet that bought it.
